Orchid Orthopedics has asked Hayes Executive Travel to be the coordinating agency for the meeting held in San Antonio. Hayes Executive Travel will do all possible to make sure your travel arrangements are stress free.

Please submit your travel request no later than January 16, 2009.

Our booking process is as easy as 1-2-3.

1. Fill out the online registration and submit.

2. You will receive an email confirmation with your confirmed flight, hotel and ground transportation details within 1 – 2 hours.

3. Once you receive your email, review the information and reply back with your okay.

4. Participants flights, hotel and transportation will be billed directly to Orchid.

4. Ground Transportation
March 13, 2009 - Upon arrival at the San Antonio airport, please proceed to the baggage claim area. There will be someone there to meet and greet you holding a sign for Orchid Orthopedic Solutions. March 14^th or 15^th – Upon departure from hotel, we ask that you please meet in the front lobby of the hotel. You will be advised of the time to meet in the lobby during your meeting on Saturday.
