October 15, 2009 - Upon arrival at the Las Vegas airport, please proceed to the baggage claim area.  There will be someone there to meet and greet you holding a sign :  Kisha and Mark’s Wedding

October 17, 2009 – Please meet in the Flamingo hotel lobby at 4:00pm to be transferred to the wedding chapel. 

October 17, 2009 – Please meet outside the chapel at 900pm to be transferred back to the hotel.

October 18, 2009 – Upon departure from hotel, we ask that you please meet in the front lobby of the hotel at 1p to be transferred to the airport for your departure.

Deposit of $125.00 per person would be due no later than Feb. 10, 2009.
Full Legal names would be due at that time of booking along with roommates names.

Deposit of 75.00 per person due March 10, 2009
Deposits should be made no later than the 10th of each month toward each individuals account.

Final Payments are due no later than August 10, 2009 - August 15, 2009.
There can be no extentions past this due date because we have to make sure everything is set up properly with our vendors, so that your trip will be flawless.

Cancellations:
All cancellation must be sent in writing. 
On or after June 30, 2009 – 30% of package is nonrefundable.
On or after August 16, 2009 – Package is completely nonrefundable/ non- exchangeable.

If you will be sending a check or money order to the office, I would highly recommend that you send payment via some kind of tracking method like Fedex or UPS.   Once payment is received, the guest will be emailed a receipt.

Important Note:
Please note that if you sign up for double, triple or quad occupancy package, your rate is in fact based on the other guest sharing the room. For example: You booked a room with 3 people and the rate is approx. $550.00 per person and 1 person decides to cancel. The other 2 people in the room will have to absorb the additional room cost unless that person is  replaced at the time of cancellation.
