Cynthia Hayes is the President of Hayes Executive Travel and comes to you with more than 14 years of travel industry experience. Married for 12 years with two boys and two girls, Cynthia has extensive experience arranging corporate and group travel. After working for a couple of large travel agencies, she noticed that some of the small to midsize accounts acquired by these larger agencies were lacking the special attention they deserved, so she decided to make a change.
In 2004, Cynthia decided to become an independent travel consultant and later in 2008 she was given full accreditation from ARC (Airlines Reporting Corporation). Her vision was to always provide her clients with the VIP service they deserved. A vast majority of Hayes Executive Travel's clientele are from referrals, which says a great deal about the type of service that is being provided. Her clients often become her friends which results in their friends and family becoming her clients
